Easy Grade Pro is a useful application that allows you to keep all the information about your students. It can be information about classes, subjects, attendance data, score and others. This program is intended for teachers of any grade level and institutions. This package consists of three programs: Easy Grade Pro – for desktop/laptop computers, Pocket EGP - for Windows Mobile handhelds, and EGP Clipboard - for Palm OS handhelds.
Easy Grade Pro is similar to paper grade books and reminds teacher’s schedule, but it provides you with a lot of electronic tools and lets you save much time. Once you enter the data, you can manage it. There are six charts you can use to enter the data: Score, Attendance, Seating, Student, Assignment and Standard.
Use the built-in filters to see the data you need: show improvers, decliners, show/hide absent, and so on. Moreover, you can edit filters and add your own. Also there is a handy Find tool, which helps you to easily search the information you need by name and assignment. You can create comprehensive reports, which can include data from multiple classes and subjects.
The built-in 'e-mail' feature allows you to send reports via e-mail to students, their parents, administrators. 'Website reports' feature is also included. It is used to place reports on a school or a district's webserver. In addition, Edline and Basmati web resources can be used for easy uploading reports directly from Easy Grade Pro. |
